At Morgan’s we take our pies very seriously!
Our demanding standards have provoked us to search far and wide for the perfect pie. Simon the Pieman (naturally!!) from Fladbury Pies became an obvious choice for us when we sampled his amazing range. All hand made in his butcher shop in the small village of Fladbury, Worcestershire these pies have won a plethora of awards and featured on Sir Terry Wogan’s TV show, The Great British Food Trip!
PORK PIES
Our small and large pork pies are all handmade by Simon to a traditional well-guarded recipe, with a delightful crust and a perfectly proportioned jelly; these pies are produced using only UK Pork.
STEAK PIES
Our handmade steak pies are rich in flavour with a perfect mix of lean tender meat to gravy. The pastry is made from scratch by Simon ensuring perfection every time.
CHICKEN & MUSHROOM
Handmade by Simon at Fladbury Pies these Chicken pies are made using only succulent British Chicken with a generous helping of mushroom in a flavourful gravy.
LAMB & MINT
These handmade gems are our favourites! Crammed to the crust with British Lamb and a delicious minty gravy encased in a wonderful buttery rich pastry casing.
